BIRDWATCHING

In recent years, there has been an increase of practitioners of outdoor activities in Portugal. The birdwatching has not fled to the rule. This new type of leisure activities has much to do with the diversity of natural resources of our country. The taste for nature associated with greater environmental awareness as well as the taste for hiking leads to bird watchers has a healthier lifestyle.

However, the bird welfare should always come first. Their habitats should be just like found unless something abnormal is occurring (environmental damage) and inform, report when required.

One should share all information with other observers to promote the sustainable development of the activity.
